Qualifications
PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
Deep expertise with LC-MS, HRMS, CE-SDS, and multiscale purification techniques.
Hands-on experience analysing modified oligos and ligand-oligo conjugates.
Responsibilities
Develop analytical characterization strategies for RNA raw materials, DS and DP.
Build scalable, phase-appropriate workflows to support discovery → IND programs.
Develop SOPs, validation plans, and maintain rigorous documentation (LIMS/ELN).
Skills
Analytical Chemistry expertise
Experience with LC-MS
Ability to develop analytical workflows
Hands-on experience analysing modified oligos
Knowledge of multiscale purification techniques
