Job summary

Chugai Pharmabody Research Pte. Ltd. (CPR) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Scientist to advance regenerative medicine and CVM drug discovery. You will design and validate cell-based models and assays, lead multidisciplinary projects, and translate findings into therapeutic opportunities.

You will work under a Research Manager, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to innovative antibody-based concepts while working independently on day-to-day experiments.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, or related life sciences field (completed).
• 2–3 years of relevant industry or postdoctoral experience.
• Experience with regenerative medicine, stem cell research, or cell-based assays is a plus.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design cell-based, image-based phenotypic, and high-content assays.
• Translate laboratory findings into therapeutic opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and validate cutting-edge cell models for CVM drug discovery.
• Contribute to stem cell research and bioengineering initiatives.
