Qualifications

• Leads Senior School Library and staff.
• Develops information literacy across middle to sixth form.
• Promotes a reading culture through school programs.
• Delivers library lessons and information literacy sessions.
• Collaborates with teachers and literacy staff to support curriculum topics.
• Manages library resources and budget implications.
• Maintains a vibrant, safe, multidisciplinary library space.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Senior School Library team and guide staff.
• Plan and evaluate library programs and information literacy initiatives.
• Deliver research and information literacy sessions to students.
• Foster reading across genres and cultures with author visits and resources.
• Collaborate with staff to integrate library services into the curriculum.
• Oversee library space maintenance and budget planning.
• Partner with HR for staff recruitment when needed.
