• At least 5 years of work experience in a tertiary/research/medical library.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate to users and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Direct, manage, and deliver a full information literacy program through in-person and online formats.
• Provide expert guidance on search strategies, literature reviews, reference management, and academic writing.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate information literacy into the curriculum and teaching methods.
• Develop, manage, and promote the library’s collections of books, journals, and electronic databases.
• Create and disseminate instructional materials and tutorials to promote academic integrity and self-paced learning.
• Lead services related to scholarly communication, including open access and research impact.
• Support the research lifecycle from planning to publication and archiving.
• Assist in daily library operations and supervise support staff as needed.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and lead projects or service improvements.
