Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking a Lead Scheduler to drive planning and scheduling for major data center initiatives across regions. You will own the scheduling function, govern schedule controls, and ensure integration across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in project scheduling, planning or controls.
• Experience leading planning on large, complex construction projects.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders on schedule strategy and impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling across major projects or programs.
• Develop and implement overall scheduling strategy and governance.
• Lead development of integrated master schedules and baseline management.
• Perform critical path analysis, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Identify and manage schedule risks, mitigation, and escalation.
• Lead what-if analyses and scenario planning; client meetings participation.
