Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is hiring a Senior Project Scheduler to drive the planning and coordination of large capital projects in Singapore.

You will apply established processes, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires at least 5 years in project scheduling, strong CPM knowledge, and expertise in Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud. You will lead a scheduling team and contribute to project controls and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, PM, QS, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project scheduling, planning, or project controls experience.
• Expertise in critical path method scheduling, schedule logic, baselines, float analysis, milestone management, and progress measurement.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Ability to supervise junior schedulers and manage scheduling for major projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute large-scale capital projects using established processes and systems.
• Assist with design, construction, procurement, and project management tasks while ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead and mentor scheduling team; collaborate across teams to align objectives.
• Optimize project schedules and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies for project outcomes.
• Monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
