Job summary

Yellow Ribbon in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP training specialist to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programmes for end users, consultants, and technical teams.

You will create user guides, tailor materials to learner needs, conduct needs analyses, and run classroom, virtual, and lab sessions, guiding learners to meet WSQ competency requirements and achieve strong learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business, commerce or related field.
• Professional SAP certifications in FICO, SD, MM or other SAP modules are advantageous.
• Experience delivering WSQ-accredited training programmes is preferred.
• ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) certification required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality SAP training programmes for end users, consultants, and technical teams.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and learning documentation tailored to business and learner needs.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and customise learning solutions accordingly.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and lab-based training sessions using demonstrations, hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and practical workshops.
• Guide and support learners in meeting WSQ competency and assessment requirements.
• Assess learner performance, provide feedback, and continuously improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
