Job summary

APSN Education Services Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced educator to align vocational curriculum with the WSQ framework and develop a responsive curriculum meeting DSS students' needs.

This role includes on-site training delivery, student development, and collaboration with teaching staff. You will manage classroom routines, supervise student progress, and contribute to department QA while supporting professional development and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Retail Operations or Omni Channel E-Commerce, or Diploma in Logistics (Warehouse Management)
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory or managerial role in warehousing or retail operations
• Experience in E-Commerce/Omni Channel would be an advantage
• Experience in teaching/special needs education would be an advantage
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Interpersonal, Classroom Management, Takes Initiative, Effective Communication, Team Player
• Strong spoken and written English
• Working location: Choa Chu Kang

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging and well-paced lessons taking account of the diverse learner profiles of students
• Deliver lessons using evidence-based pedagogy and meaningful activities to meet educational needs
• Implement appropriate modes of assessment to monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Plan and deliver comprehensive vocational education programmes (On-Site Training) to develop students’ work-related skills
• Build a strong relationship with students and foster well-being
• Design and implement classroom routines to create a safe learning environment
• Implement behaviour plans for students with complex needs
• Engage in professional development and collaborate with staff in professional learning teams
• Manage daily administrative tasks and support department QA activities
