Job summary

Public Sector Institution is seeking a senior IT leader to drive HR and Payroll technology transformations, with emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA integration. You will bridge technical and business needs, manage vendors, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across a large university ecosystem.

You bring 10+ years in IT with at least 3 years in project management and 3–5 years handling SAP SuccessFactors or ERP Payroll.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the IT industry in a technical capacity, with at least 3 years in project management.
• 3-5 years supporting or managing SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, or ERP Payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and ongoing support of HR and Payroll domains, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, and S/4HANA integration.
• Drive full lifecycle project management including procurement, tender specs, business requirements, design, build, configuration and go-live.
• Oversee application maintenance, drive enhancement prioritization, and manage external vendors against SLAs.
• Ensure audit and security compliance and foster collaboration across a complex university ecosystem.
