Job summary

National University of Singapore (NUS IT) seeks an experienced IT professional to own HR/payroll system delivery, focusing on SAP Successfactors and Employee Central Payroll. You will manage configurations, testing, and end-user support while coordinating with vendors and business users.

You must have 10+ years in IT with at least 3 years in project management, and strong knowledge of SAP Successfactors, payroll, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
At least 10 years within IT industry in a technical role, and at least 3 years’ experience in project management.
At least 3–5 years experience supporting or managing SAP Successfactors, Employee Central Payroll or ERP Payroll System.
Strong technical knowledge in SAP Successfactors, Employee Central Payroll, and Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

Lead/participate in end-to-end technical delivery of HR/payroll modules, from requirements to go-live.
Maintain, configure, test and support HR and payroll systems with a focus on payroll.
Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions; ensure SLAs and quality standards.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful delivery under contract terms.
Assist in IT project planning and prioritization with business users.
