Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced SAP SD/MM Business Analyst to support SAP and other applications, incidents, projects and process improvements. The role requires hands-on SAP SD/MM expertise, incident management, project delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement across IT and business units.

You will work across incident management, business analysis, and cross-application initiatives, with opportunities to broaden into wider application support and automation in a dynamic Singapore-based

Qualifications

Hands-on SAP SD/MM expertise and strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P, inventory, master data).
Experience in incident and problem management, root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Proven ability to manage IT/SAP projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and solutions.
Experience with SAP integrations and multi-application environments.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for SAP SD/MM incidents and production issues.
Analyze incidents, identify root causes and coordinate resolutions with SAP support partners and vendors.
Ensure incidents are tracked and resolved within SLAs; drive permanent fixes and preventive measures.
Lead or support SAP-related projects and system enhancements from requirements to go-live.
Develop and document business requirements, functional specs and process flows.
Support configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions; ensure scalable outcomes.
