Job summary

VISEO ASIA seeks an experienced SAP SD/MM Business Analyst/Consultant to support SAP and related applications, manage incidents, deliver projects and drive process improvements across business processes. The role requires hands-on SAP SD/MM experience and the ability to move between analysis, incident handling, project delivery and operational support as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD/MM, with hands-on expertise.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-management skills.
• Experience managing SAP-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for SAP SD/MM incidents and production issues.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure incidents are tracked, prioritized, and resolved within SLAs.
• Lead or support SAP-related projects and system enhancements from requirements to implementation.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
• Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing and deployment.
