Job summary

We+ Asia is seeking an experienced SAP SD/MM Business Analyst / Consultant to support a leading global organization in the Beauty, Luxury, and Consumer Goods sector from Singapore. You will manage SAP SD/MM incidents, drive project delivery, and push process improvements across business processes and systems.

The role requires hands-on SAP SD/MM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across multiple IT and business domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP, with strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM.
• Experience in incident management, project delivery, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for SAP SD/MM incidents and production issues.
• Provide functional SAP SD/MM expertise and translate business requirements for development teams.
• Lead or support SAP-related projects from requirements through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP functionality and automate processes.
• Maintain SAP documentation and ensure adherence to governance and SLAs.
• Support cross-application integration and incident investigations across the application portfolio.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues and deliver changes.
