Job summary

LTM LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking an experienced SAP SD/MM Business Analyst/Consultant to support incidents, drive projects and implement process improvements across SAP SD/MM modules in Singapore.

You will work across incident management, business analysis, and project delivery while collaborating with IT teams, business users and vendors to deliver measurable improvements and maintain system stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SD and MM modules delivering incident management and project delivery.
• Ability to map business requirements to SAP configurations and enhancements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for SAP SD/MM incidents and production issues.
• Provide SAP SD/MM functional expertise and translate requirements to development teams.
• Lead or support SAP-related projects from requirements through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP functionality and processes.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain SAP documentation and support procedures.
• Support cross-application analysis and improvements as needed.
