Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP functional consultant to lead Order to Cash delivery in a complex S/4HANA environment for aerospace and defence programs.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP SD, and ensure seamless integration with finance, supply chain, and manufacturing, while guiding data migration, testing, and user training. This role demands strong stakeholder management and a track record in government contracting projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as SAP functional consultant focused on SAP SD/OTC.
• 10 years in aerospace and defence with government contracting experience.
• Experience on at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation/rollout.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, pricing, contract management, milestone/progress billing and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for OTC processes including sales order management, pricing, contract management, delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Configure SAP SD functionality within an S/4HANA landscape.
• Design solutions for program-based contracts, milestone billing, progress payments, and long-term agreements.
• Support integration between OTC processes and supply chain, manufacturing, and finance (RTR).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, and reports.
• Support data migration, cutover, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and hypercare activities.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation for OTC processes.

• Configure SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) functionality within an S/4HANA landscape.
• Design solutions for program-based contracts, milestone billing, progress payments, and long-term agreements common in aerospace and defence sales.
• Support integration between OTC processes and supply chain, manufacturing, and finance (RTR) functions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, and reports.
• Support data migration, cutover, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and hypercare activities.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation for OTC processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience working as an SAP functional consultant, with dedicated experience in SAP SD / Order to Cash processes.
• Minimum 10 years of experience specifically within the aerospace and defence industry, with strong understanding of program-based sales, government/defence contracting, and long-term customer agreements.
• Proven experience on at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing conditions, contract management, milestone/progress billing, and revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with export control and government contracting requirements as they relate to order management and billing.
• Experience integrating OTC processes with supply chain and finance modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) for long-term contract revenue recognition.
• Prior experience with aerospace/defence OEMs or government/defence customers.
