Evolution Singapore is seeking a Senior SAP PM to coordinate SME activities, ensuring Readiness tasks are completed on time and to quality standards. The role serves as the day-to-day coordinator for Testing, Training, pre- and post-Cutover, and Hypercare, working with Readiness Leads, regional Change Leads and local SMEs to plan, track and escalate risks and dependencies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in matrix organizations and engaging SMEs.
• Coordinating readiness, deployment or transformation with multiple SMEs/site stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, schedule and track execution including logistics and dependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Establish activity plans, task lists and trackers for SME deliverables.
• Act as primary coordination point between SMEs and Readiness Leads for execution.
• Mobilise SMEs for Product Group readiness activities within the region.
• Coordinate scheduling for SME activities including logistics and site requirements.
