Job summary

Rio Tinto in Singapore is seeking a Senior Advisor - Operational and Closure Readiness for a fixed-term, on-site assignment. The role supports the Modern ERP Program, coordinating SME activities for Move & Sell readiness across the SAP S/4HANA deployment, working with local site representatives and regional leads.

You will establish activity plans, track progress, and ensure readiness deliverables meet quality standards, with a strong emphasis on logistics, scheduling, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• Experience coordinating readiness and deployment activities with multiple SMEs.
• Hands-on SAP experience and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Project management experience in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SME activities for Move & Sell readiness.
• Plan and track SME deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate scheduling of SME sessions and logistic arrangements.
• Escalate risks and issues to readiness leads.
