Argyll Scott Consulting Pte. Ltd. invites an ERP Senior Advisor to support a major regional ERP transformation from Singapore, coordinating readiness across SIT, UAT, deployment preparation and cutover.

You will partner with business, technical and vendor teams, managing risks, tracking dependencies, and providing governance updates to ensure on-time delivery under a 12-month contract.

Formación

• Experience coordinating testing, readiness, deployment and/or operational transition activities.
• Experience working across complex stakeholder environments involving internal teams and external parties.
• Excellent communication and ability to facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate regional readiness activities across SIT, UAT, deployment rehearsals and cutover.
• Facilitate readiness assessments with technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors.
• Establish regional readiness plans, trackers and reporting for testing phases.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and external stakeholders in testing and deployment.
• Resolve cross-functional issues and escalate risks with mitigation options.
• Align activities with programme milestones, testing schedules and cutover plans.
• Support governance by reviewing evidence and contributing to executive updates.
• Build relationships across regional and global stakeholders and run workshops.
