Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years IT governance, with 3+ years project or program management.
• Experience implementing or supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC and risk/compliance processes.
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT governance for a portfolio of enterprise systems.
• Manage service delivery, security, compliance, and incident response.
• Lead governance meetings and participate in audits.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and report on system health.
• Coordinate with vendors, operations managers, and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes.
• Prepare annual plans and DR/backup exercise support.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits.
