You will collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality implementations and participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments. Experience with DevOps tools and Salesforce security is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Git-based source control and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Technical Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Flow.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Build reusable components, automation, validation rules, approval processes, and workflows.
• Develop and optimise SOQL/SOSL queries and Apex triggers following Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in solution design, technical architecture, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and production deployments.
• Work with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or similar) to manage releases and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce security, governance, and performance standards.
• Produce technical documentation and mentor junior developers where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and platform automation.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong SQL/SOQL/SOSL skills.
• Experience with Git-based source control and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
