Job summary

HI5 CONSULTING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for the Next Generation Case Management Platform under the Housing Management Group in Singapore. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, BAs, QA, and UX Designers in an Agile environment, delivering integrations via REST/SOAP and MuleSoft, and ensuring quality through unit testing and deployments across environments.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.
3+ years Salesforce development and administration experience.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customise Salesforce solutions for the NGCM Platform.
Configure Salesforce capabilities on Public Sector Solution, Service Cloud; exposure to Experience Cloud.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
Participate in sprints, backlog grooming, planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Translate requirements into technical implementations and maintain documentation.
