Job summary

TechEmerge Solutions in Singapore is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for the NGCMP within the Housing Management Group. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, BAs, QA, and UX Designers in an Agile delivery environment.

The role demands 6+ years in Salesforce development, relevant certifications (Platform Developer I and Administrator), and hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Administrator.
• Able to work with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Flows and automation tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP and MuleSoft.
• Familiar with Agile, JIRA/Confluence; Git/GitLab; and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaborative communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customise Salesforce solutions for NGCMP.
• Configure Salesforce platform capabilities including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP and MuleSoft.
• Participate in sprint activities: backlog grooming, planning, development, testing, deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and documentation.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and security across environments.
