Job summary

Cognizant in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master to analyze an organization, assess current processes and design future-state solutions that align business needs with technology.

You will lead Agile ceremonies, craft and groom user stories, manage the product backlog, and drive Salesforce implementation efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and adoption.

Qualifications

Min 5 years' experience in IT-related roles.
3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile projects.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator certification desirable.
Experience with Salesforce configurations, customizations and integration.

Responsibilities

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its tech integration.
Assess current state, identify requirements, and define the future state or solution.
Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
Lead the scrum team, run ceremonies, craft user stories, and manage the backlog.
Drive deployment, adoption, and operations of the solution; collaborate with developers to troubleshoot.
