We promise to walk alongside healthcare professionals to continue to make great contribution to society, now and into the future.**Summary of the Role**The Sales Specialist role is responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for all the Cardiology Interventional products, solutions and services in an assigned territory, and/or in a list of named accounts individually or as part of Terumo Asia Holding Singapore Commercial team. The Sales Specialist provides field support for the portfolio and uses the customer and competitor clinical knowledge gained from those interactions to adapt and execute the product marketing plan accordingly. These sales and profit plan objectives are achieved whilst working within the framework of contributing to society through healthcare and all Terumo Corporation social and ethical guidelines.**Key Functions / Responsibilities****1. Achieve annual territory sales target by implementing company approved strategic marketing and sales plans.*** Regular reviewing of sales dashboards and preparation of monthly/quarterly sales reports, sales forecast, and other reports to ensure sales achievements are on track* Build new and maintain existing strategic relationships with key clients, key decision makers, KOLs by making periodic visits for new opportunities and gain commitment to purchase* Continuously identifying prospective customers and represent Terumo in the best possible light for potential sales conversion.* Understanding the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes, and forming long term business partnerships**2. Clinical Function*** Build strong clinical relationships with customers by presenting the clinical value proposition of Terumo Cardiology Interventional products and solutions* Demonstrate full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits, overcome client objections and continuously improve these skills* Effectively drive effective selling process and sales monitoring by conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and providing clinical training and support**3. Support Function*** Support Sales Manager to work closely with the Regional Marketing team on execution of events and activities for customers* Support Sales Manager on sales Coaching to Sales Specialist in the team* Keep abreast of the competitor activity to recommend necessary tactical action for new opportunities**4. Consignment Inventory & Billing Management*** Perform Consignment stock take in assigned territory* Initiate daily top up process through 3PL distributor* Monitor daily usage and work on billing process* Perform consignment rotation and minimize discrepancies**5. Others*** Attend company meetings* Attend and participate company event/activities* Comply to company policies**6.
