Job summary

dawnsen exhibits pte. ltd. seeks an experienced sales/operations leader in the exhibition industry to proactively identify business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.

You will tailor quotations and client-centric solutions to meet needs, and prepare tender bids to secure projects. You will negotiate contracts to maximize margins and collaborate with internal teams, clients and suppliers to ensure successful project execution and lasting satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition industry or strong track record in sales and/or operational leadership

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify business opportunities and expand client portfolio
• Tailor sales quotations and client-centric solutions that align with client’s needs
• Prepare for tender bid submission, presentation to secure bids
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for maximise project margins while fostering long-term strategic partnerships
• Work closely with internal teams, clients and suppliers to successfully execute the project and ensure client satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement and elevating the team’s performance
