Job summary

WeAreAspire, a global organiser of specialist exhibitions, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales across exhibition space, sponsorship, advertising and integrated packages for international B2B events, with a focus on the China market. You will report to the Event Director, manage performance, and develop client relationships.

You will build pipelines in Salesforce, work with Marketing and Operations, renewals, and mentor junior sales team members, while traveling internationally to engage

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in exhibitions, B2B media, events or aviation-related industries.
• Proven experience in new business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong client management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with a good understanding of the Chinese market.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Sell exhibition space, sponsorships, advertising and integrated packages.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with the Event Director.
• Manage existing accounts, renewals and client relationships.
• Lead, motivate and support junior sales team members.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and event teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Build relationships with international clients, exhibitors, sponsors and agents.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
