Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth for Prefabricated Data Center solutions across Southeast Asia and Japan. You will identify client opportunities, build relationships with end users, and collaborate with internal teams to develop designs and proposals for scalable data centre projects.

The role requires a decade of sales experience in this sector, an engineering background, and the ability to influence C-suite executives with compelling business

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; MBA advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience in data-centre or related industry.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex solution selling (HVAC, IT, electrical/BMS/security/energy mgmt).
• Entrepreneurial attitude driving overachievement and success.
• Experience influencing C-suite clients with value proposition and business solutions.
• Ability translating business problems to technical solutions and guiding proposal development.
• Exposure to tendering and project management in a complex commercial environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on Schneider Electric's Prefabricated Data Center portfolio.
• Collaborate with Schneider Electric sales team to develop opportunities with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users.
• Hunt for new clients and opportunities for Prefabricated Data Centers.
• Evangelize the benefits of our solutions at industry events.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop designs and proposals for new projects.
• Manage all aspects of the business pursuit process to maximize win rates and revenue growth.
