Job summary

MOMENTUS HOTEL ALEXANDRA in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial to lead the hotel's sales strategy across rooms and catering, driving revenue growth and profitability.

You will expand corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver sustainable commercial success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Led and motivated a sales team to achieve business goals.

The incumbent will lead the hotel's sales strategy and drive revenue growth through rooms and catering sales. This key leadership role is responsible for expanding corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable commercial success.
