Talent First is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise solution sales within the telecommunications sector. The role focuses on building relationships with key customers, selling BSS/OSS and digital transformation solutions, and closing major deals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of telecom or enterprise tech sales experience, strong BSS/OSS knowledge, and a proven track record in enterprise solution sales and key account management.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience within telecommunications or enterprise technology.
• Must have hands-on sales experience and strong knowledge of BSS and/or OSS solutions.
• Strong existing customer relationships and network within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record in enterprise solution sales, business development and key account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience selling cloud or other telecom digital transformation solutions will be an advantage.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
