Job summary

Income-Insurance-Limited in Singapore seeks a Branch-based Sales Leader to supervise a team of Financial Consultants and Insurance Advisers, driving sales growth and ensuring adherence to the organisation’s policies.

You will report to the Group Sales Manager and be the first point of contact for Representatives to support achievement of sales targets. The role requires a degree, CMFAS licenses or equivalent, and a proven track record in insurance or financial services sales.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven leadership track record with ability to motivate a team and exceed goals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Job description

You will be attached to one of our branches and report to the Group Sales Manager. The key deliverable is to lead a team of Representatives that consists of Financial Consultants (FCs) and Insurance Advisers (IAs) to drive sales growth and manage the team in accordance to the organisation policies and procedures. You will also be the first point of contact for our Representatives to support the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively execute the sales plans and strategies as set by the management to achieve the sales targets for his/her team
  • Maintain a team of highly motivated IAs to maximise the sales productivity and to monitor their performance to ensure the development of their full potential
  • To ensure that high quality service standards are carried out by the IAs and sales are conducted in the accordance to the regulations prescribed by the authoritative bodies
  • Implement department objectives, policies and procedures and to coordinate the sales selling cycle and methodology

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• A superior performance record and strong leadership skills is essential
• Self driven with a proven ability to work in a dynamic sales environment and a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives
• Proactive, independent, result-oriented, energetic with good people skills and an effective team player
• Able to communicate (written & verbal) effectively with all levels in the organization.
• CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A, 8, 8A), CHI, CGI or DGI, DLI or ACII/FLMI and its equivalent
