The role involves following up with customers including Japanese VIP clients, negotiating terms, planning targets with HQ in Japan, and reporting metrics with HQ and affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years in sales & marketing with a proven record of achieving sales targets and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• 4 years of sales experience in engineering plastics-related products.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers, especially Japanese VIP customers for engineering plastics product lines.
• Negotiate price, delivery, and handle claims in coordination with HQ and consultants.
• Create and execute sales targets and action plans with HQ and policy.
• Establish budgets and action plans to support supervisors.
• Drive business activity to achieve budgeted quantity, revenue, and gross profit.
• Report activity and forecasts to HQ and affiliates, including meetings.
• Plan and execute marketing strategy aligned with HQ policy.
• Conduct market research for engineering plastics and related host company products.
• Expand sales network through trading companies.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
