Job summary

UKi Media & Events seeks a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive for the China market to drive revenue from exhibition spaces and sponsorships for Passenger Terminal Expo World and Asia. You will design sales plans, manage key relationships, and ensure client success with a focus on the China market.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Mandarin, has 2+ years in events sales, and is ready to travel internationally to meet clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience in events.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese market dynamics and business culture.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (especially to China).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies in partnership with the Senior Sales Manager and Event Director.
• Drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales, both direct and agency.
• Generate new business opportunities and revenue streams, including sponsorship models.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines using CRM systems.
