Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth of the retail sales channel in our home appliances division.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, train dealer teams, and collaborate with marketing, accounts, logistics, operations and HR to meet targets. The role requires a diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business, 3–5 years of relevant experience in kitchen appliances, and a proven record of leading sales teams from planning to closing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, or Business required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in kitchen appliances with traditional and modern trade/project sales.
• Proven experience leading sales teams from planning to closing and consistently meeting/exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets by managing the retail channel.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the customer base.
• Conduct dealer team training on retail processes and customer management.
• Analyze dealer network to allocate tasks to sales and marketing teams.
• Handle admin duties and monitor individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, Operations and HR to complete tasks.
• Prepare monthly sales and collection reports and yearly budgets.
• Monitor market changes and competitor activities; contribute to policy decisions.
• Work with the sales team to achieve company objectives with high motivation.
• Willingness to travel for regional sales and product meetings.

• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Commission up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Meet growth and monthly sales targets by managing the retail sales channel.

• Conduct sales training for dealer teams, covering retail processes and customer management.
• Analyse dealer network strengths and weaknesses to assign tasks to sales and marketing teams.

• Prepare monthly sales, collection reports, and yearly budget plans.
