Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior / Sales Engineer to drive growth in Japan MNCs by promoting sealing products, including O-rings, and building strong customer partnerships in Singapore and across SEA.

You will identify new opportunities, manage accounts, coordinate with regional teams, travel within Asia as needed, and translate customer needs into effective solutions. If you excel at sales in the sealing sector, this is a dynamic regional role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferred with seals, rubber, elastomer, or oil & gas products.
• Proven sales and business development capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task.
• Willingness to travel within Asia when required.
• Valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, develop new customer accounts, and expand existing accounts by understanding customer requirements and future projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with semiconductor manufacturers and equipment manufacturers through regular customer visits and communication.
• Promote high-performance elastomer sealing products, primarily O-rings, and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, customer activities, projects, competitor products, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities.
• Manage sales activities, including customer follow-ups, quotations, sales forecasts, reports, and order status.
• Monitor customer requirements, stock levels, and inventory, and coordinate with relevant internal teams as required.
• Liaise with counterparts in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, and the U.S. to support customer and business requirements.
• Support sales and marketing activities and provide regular sales and market updates to management.
• Travel within Singapore and the SEA region as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
