Job summary

APP in Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer within the Industrial group to drive sales and manage customer relationships for our high- technology products and process plants. You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams to align offerings with client needs.

The role requires a diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years in industrial systems sales, plus willingness to travel regionally in SE Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the management and sales of industrial systems/equipment and aftermarket services, preferably to end customers, EPCs and system integrators.
• Experience in project, system, or equipment sales within the semiconductor or process engineering sectors is advantageous.

• Identify business opportunities within targeted accounts, focusing on the general industry or semiconductor market segments.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to create and expand business opportunities.
• Plan and forecast opportunities by managing sales pipelines effectively.
• Deliver business presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and implement effective solution strategies.
