Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Sales Training partner to collaborate with internal teams to design and implement best practices that improve the quality and efficiency of our sales programs in Singapore.

You will drive actions for training initiatives, prioritize team work, and use analytics to recommend solutions that scale across markets, while aligning with PayPal’s customer-focused culture and hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and implement best practices in sales training.
• Influence the quality and efficiency of sales processes through innovative solutions.
• Determine appropriate actions for sales training programs while considering alternative solutions.
• Prioritize work for the team and coordinate activities across peer groups.
• Use analytical skills and judgment to recommend the best solutions for sales training challenges.
