Job summary

PayPal Singapore is seeking a technical solutions specialist to drive process quality and deliver tailored technical outcomes for prospects and clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, address complex questions beyond standard processes, and help shape product features.

You will gather client requirements, prepare collateral materials, and participate in RFPs and statements of work. This role combines client engagement with internal mentoring to improve team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospects to handle technical product questions and provide guidance
• Collaborate with the Product Team to gather and refine requirements for new features
• Implement collateral materials to communicate and educate clients
• Execute RFPs (Request for Proposal), Statements of Works, and Proposals
• Present competitive analysis to internal teams and suggest improvements
• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients and set up test accounts
