Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, business development, or application engineering in industrial automation.
• Strong technical understanding of process or factory automation technologies.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across the business.
• Build, manage, and expand strategic customer accounts through strong relationships with decision-makers, engineers, consultants, OEMs, system integrators and end users.
• Understand customer applications and operational challenges to recommend tailored automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, quotations, product presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and regional teams to deliver seamless customer solutions and successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and customer reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and commercial processes.
