Job summary
THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer in Singapore to drive new business with direct customers, distributors, and partners. You will promote industrial automation and motor control solutions, understand client requirements, and present tailored proposals.
Responsibilities include training partners, supporting projects from inquiry to progress, and expanding key accounts while gathering market feedback for product improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation or related discipline.
- Experience in industrial automation, motor or motion control preferred.
- Driver's license with own vehicle preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with direct customers, distributors and partners.
- Promote industrial automation, motor and motion control products to customers.
- Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals and solution recommendations.
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues.
- Follow up on projects from enquiry to progress.
- Conduct product and technical training for partners and customers.
- Build relationships and grow account sales.
- Gather market feedback for product needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements.
- Conduct regular customer visits and outdoor sales activities.
