Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to oversee electrical installation and substation work at TDP and RNDF sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating high/low voltage upgrades, cables, and protection systems.

The candidate will supervise field teams, ensure compliance with safety and project specs, and assist in commissioning PLC/SCADA systems for the ICA infrastructure. Prior experience in substations and industrial wiring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Modify 22kV switchgear spare panel to transformer panel at TDP’s 22kV Substation.
• Supply and lay 22kV transformer cable from TDP to RNDF, including excavation and reinstatement of roads.
• SIC of a containerized electrical house for housing the new 2 MVA transformer and LVSG.
• SIC of 1 x 2 MVA 22/0.415kV transformer at RNDF.
• SIC of 1 x 3000A, 65kA LVSG.
• SIC of 3 sets of stainless-steel LCP units for TDP brine outfall, seawater intake, and RNDF wastewater sump.
• Supply and lay 3 sets of LV cable between LVSG and relevant systems.
• Design and outfitting work for standalone PLC & SCADA system.
• SIC of MCBs, electrical cables, relays, terminal blocks, power supplies and protection devices for ICA system.
• SIC of flowmeters, level switches, level transmitters and water quality analyzers with ancillaries.
• Replacement of faulty neon indicators, circuit breakers, power meters and DB panels for existing RNDF installations
