Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical from a polytechnic or equivalent.
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES.
• BCSS certificate.
• Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) certificate.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and construction administration standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting progress of works for effective project tracking.
• Identify, resolve, and manage site issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain team collaboration.
• Supervise construction works involving large span structural steel and precast components to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders to communicate project status and challenges.
