Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to supervise works, enforce regulatory codes, maintain site records, and resolve issues to keep project progress and compliance on track.

The role covers supervising large-scale construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to technical specs, with a focus on coordinating with stakeholders and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent is required.
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES is required.
• BCSS certificate is required.
• Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) certificate is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity.

Responsibilities

• Apply statutory codes and regulatory requirements to supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and compliance throughout construction administration and progress reporting.
• Analyze site conditions and project data to communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting work progress and compliance status.
• Identify, address, and resolve site issues collaboratively to maintain project timelines and foster a positive team environment.
• Supervise complex construction works, including large span structural steel and precast construction, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
