Qualifications

• Accredited by IES and ACES.
• BCSS safety certification held.
• Conversant with codes, quality control, and progress reporting.
• Accurate site record-keeping and proactive issue resolution.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works on major projects (buildings, tunnels, deep excavations).
• Install monitoring instruments and collate monitoring data.
• Maintain updated site records of work progress.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation.
• Resolve site issues proactively and foster team spirit.
