Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee construction works, enforce compliance with statutory codes, maintain accurate site records, and proactively resolve issues to deliver safe, efficient projects.

You will supervise large span structural steel and precast components, prepare progress reports for stakeholders, and ensure timely documentation while upholding high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES.
• BCSS certificate and Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) certificate are required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant RTO experience, including supervising works of similar complexity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities ensuring compliance with quality control and construction administration standards.
• Maintain accurate site records documenting progress of works for effective project tracking.
• Identify, resolve, and manage site issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain team collaboration.

Required competencies and certifications
