Job summary

National University Polyclinics at Alexandra Hospital seeks a dedicated professional to join the Reliability Matters team, shaping risk culture and driving governance and data protection initiatives.

You will support internal controls, compliance, and data protection programs, collaborating with Senior Management to enhance analytics, auditing, and incident response within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of proven experience in internal controls, compliance, or audit in healthcare.
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent; CIA/CA preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of auditing techniques and data analytics tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote a positive internal control culture across the institution.
• Develop understanding of processes through risk and control self-assessments and testing.
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with departments to build data analytics capabilities for controls.
• Assist Data Protection efforts and ensure PDPA compliance and data protection governance.
