You will partner with internal stakeholders to shape data policies, govern clinical and research data, and coordinate IT risk activities across the organisation.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years’ experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills. After-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Prior experience in IT management, healthcare, business analysis, audit, or compliance an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT governance, risk and compliance; proficient in Excel for analysis, reporting, and tracking.
• Meticulous and analytical with strong logical thinking and process flow.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage timelines, and collaborate as a team.

Responsabilités

• Data Compliance: establish governance and compliance processes with stakeholders.
• Advise management on implementation plans for data governance and compliance.
• Support policy rollout through engagement with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to NUH staff on data and research compliance queries.
• Evaluate research and non-research requests per NUHS policies.
• User Access Governance: establish IT procedures for controls aligned to IT governance.
• Support new user access policies and procedures with stakeholders.
• Facilitate reviews of System Role-Based Access Matrix.
• Resolve ID requests relating to clinical applications and research projects.
• IT Audit Management: develop risk-based IT audit workplans and scope.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address risks and timelines.
• Follow up on management action plans for control issues.
• Coordinate IT audit artefacts for auditors; assist ad hoc projects.
• IT Systems Support: engage stakeholders for troubleshooting and requirements.
• Coordinate with teams and vendors for timely resolution of issues.
• Support testing, validation, and documentation; provide after-hours support.
