Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR only.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in internal controls, compliance or audit (health‑care experience preferred).
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent; CIA or CA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI or PowerAutomate is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and promote internal‑control culture across Alexandra Hospital.
• Conduct risk and control self‑assessments, internal‑control testing, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to build data‑analytics capabilities for control enhancement.
• Assist the Data Protection Officer with PDPA compliance, data‑protection impact assessments, and breach incident management.
• Provide briefings and updates to senior management on risk, control and data‑privacy matters.
