Job summary

GYK TALENSYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Compliance professional to oversee risk and regulatory adherence across the financial services domain in Singapore.

You will ensure compliance with internal policies and group standards, and advise on governance, risk, and data protection controls. In this role, you will liaise with the MAS and other regulators on routine submissions, monitor regulatory developments, and provide practical guidance to business units.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of compliance experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Solid AML/CFT knowledge and practise.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk and compliance oversight to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Maintain governance, risk, compliance, financial crime and data protection frameworks.
• Liaise with MAS and regulators on routine matters and submissions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact with practical guidance.
• Provide second-line review of activities to support compliance and risk management.
• Oversee outsourcing and third-party service providers per regulatory and company requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate risk and compliance matters.
