Job summary

GYK TALENSYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Compliance professional to oversee risk and regulatory adherence across the financial services domain in Singapore.

You will ensure compliance with internal policies and group standards, and advise on governance, risk, and data protection controls. In this role, you will liaise with the MAS and other regulators on routine submissions, monitor regulatory developments, and provide practical guidance to business units.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of compliance experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Solid AML/CFT knowledge and practise.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide risk and compliance oversight across to support ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Group standards.
• Support the maintenance of the Branch's governance, risk, compliance, financial crime, and data protection frameworks and controls.
• Liaise with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other relevant regulators on routine regulatory matters, submissions, and enquiries as required.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact, providing practical guidance where appropriate.
• Provide second-line review and guidance on business activities, projects, and initiatives to support regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
• Support oversight of outsourcing arrangements and third-party service providers in line with regulatory and Company's requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to risk and compliance matters.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a compliance or related function in the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of AML/CFT requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound professional judgement.
