Qualifications

• Master or PhD in electrical engineering or microelectronics with 2+ years of experience.
• Lab or industrial experience in TCAD device development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive edge process/device development and optimization of RFSOI devices to meet scaling, performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
• Conduct device pcell design, test structure creation and tape out.
• Perform extensive TCAD simulations to optimize device performance and reliability.
• Characterize devices with DC-IV bench tests and analyze results.
• Collaborate with modeling & PDK teams for design enablement and model validation.
